We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy:
- If the product is damaged or malfunctions at the time of delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
- Time limit: Return and exchange policies are available within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To return a product, please email support@turtlelearn.com with the subject "Return" and include your order number, name, and reason for return.
- We will provide an address for merchandise returns. Please take note of the tracking number and include this information when contacting us.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returns.
- Customers will receive an email notification once we receive the returned goods.
- Once the refund is approved, the amount is automatically refunded to the customer's credit card or other relevant payment methods.
