Accordion style expand and collapse FAQ.

An accordion style F.A.Q. component that is vastly used in a lot of websites. In addition to the standard expand and collapse animations, I have added in a fancy little interaction to focus on each F.A.Q. item. The additional interaction can be easily removed as it's a separate interaction from the expand and collapse.

Shopping Process and Delivery
  1. Shop Online - Pick your favourite products and put them in your shopping card.
  2. Checkout - Click "Checkout" in the shopping basket, enter the delivery address and select the payment method. Free shipping to local addresses in Hong Kong. Logging into your account reduces the amount of information you need to enter.
  3. Payment - Customers can choose to pay by credit card, FPS or PayMe. Once payment is confirmed, we will process the order.
  4. Delivery - We will ship to you within three working days.

Returns and Refund Policy

100% customer satisfaction with our products is important to us. We take great care to ensure that every product delivered to our customers is in top condition before being sent to the shipper. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please write to us at support@turtlelearn.com and our support team will replace it for you.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy:

  • If the product is damaged or malfunctions at the time of delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
  • Time limit: Return and exchange policies are available within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • To return a product, please email support@turtlelearn.com with the subject "Return" and include your order number, name, and reason for return.
  • We will provide an address for merchandise returns. Please take note of the tracking number and include this information when contacting us.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returns.
  • Customers will receive an email notification once we receive the returned goods.
  • Once the refund is approved, the amount is automatically refunded to the customer's credit card or other relevant payment methods.
